VW Beetle 1303 convertible
“Topless” automobiles can hardly be more stylish than the Beetle convertible 1303. Only one thing is important: to prolong the tour for as long as possible in this classic of automotive history. The legendary boxer engine located at the rear rattles, tinkles and wheezes – the epitome of real enjoyment. The only problem is that this soundscape is addictive. Withdrawal is painfully slow and is accompanied by continual relapses which become perceivable when the 1.6-litre engine is repeatedly started with the accelerator pedal being simultaneously depressed (from stern.de dated 18 March 2013).
